Guests stop by my station for a quick outfit photo and to share their info. I gather their name, email address, and a brief outfit description, then they’re free to go enjoy the party while I work through my digital sketch queue. Guests can stop back throughout the event to pick up their printed artwork, and I send the digital version via email afterward.

It’s part guest entertainment, part personalized keepsake, and the party favor they can’t wait to bring home!

My setup is simple: I bring my iPad, laptop, portable printer, and signage.

All I need from you is a table (ideally 6 feet, but flexible depending on the space), a chair, and access to two nearby power outlets. Wifi is always appreciated, but not required.

Each guest illustration takes roughly 3–5 minutes, depending on outfit detail and complexity. I can sketch about 10–12 guests per hour, and guarantee 10 per hour as long as there’s a steady flow of guests throughout the event.

For larger events, many clients choose to add on post-event illustrations completed from my studio. These are charged at a per-person rate, and guests receive their finished artwork digitally via email afterward.

For certain large-scale events, I can also assist with coordinating an artist team to accommodate a higher guest count. Please note that additional artist and coordination fees apply.
